We trust that our hired professionals will capture all the special moments, please refrain from taking pictures and videos during the ceremony.

Gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or dark suit (with tie). Ladies should wear a gown, dressy cocktail dress, or formal separates.

We plan to have our ceremony outdoors! Please note that you will need to walk on grass. We recommend women who wish to wear heels opt for a block heel.

Yes! There will be trolleys picking up from the Holiday Inn at Childress Vineyards. They will return to the venue for transportation back to the hotel. Exact schedule for the trolleys is to be determined at this time. Please check back on our website closer to the event to determine the pick-up schedule. Note, you do not have to stay at the hotel to take advantage of the transportation. Please let us know through your RSVP if you plan to use the transportation.

No, you will not be able to secure a ride. We strongly recommend taking the provided transportation.
